Dr Ken Nguyen is a warm and approachable GP who enjoys getting to know his patients and supporting them through all stages of life. He values the continuity of care that general practice offers and takes pride in building lasting relationships with individuals and families. A firm advocate for preventative health, his special interests include allergy, sexual health, dermatology, and the management of chronic conditions such as diabetes.
After graduating from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Medicine in 2018, Dr Nguyen completed his internship and residency at Nepean and Blue Mountains Hospital, gaining broad experience across specialties including paediatrics and emergency medicine. He later undertook a senior resident year at Concord Hospital, developing further expertise in dermatology and palliative care.
He holds a Graduate Diploma of Child Health through The Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network and a Certificate in Dermoscopy through the Skin Cancer College of Australasia.
Outside of medicine, Dr Nguyen enjoys snowboarding and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and can often be found exploring new bakeries and restaurants with friends and family.
