Ear microsuctioning is now available at DMC. If you’re wondering what ear microsuctioning is, it’s gentle and safe removal of ear wax using a specialised microscope and suction. It’s a safer and more effective alternative to traditional ear suctioning, which has been available at DMC for over a year now.
For more information or to book for ear microsuctioning, book an appointment with your DMC GP who will check your ears and determine if this is suitable for you. If it is, you will be booked in with one of our friendly registered nurses for this service. Please note that ear microsuctioning is a privately billed service, and unfortuntaely there is not a Medicare rebate available at this time.
