Dr Vivianne Xia completed her Medical studies at the University of Sydney with scholarship. She worked at Westmead and Auburn Hospitals before training in General Practice. She has achieved fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and has worked in private practices across Sydney.
Dr Xia enjoys holistic and preventative care. She has special interest in Dermatology, Skin Cancer Medicine, Paediatrics, and Women’s health with additional training in these areas. In light of the increasing mental health burden, she is now a provider of initial mental health counselling through focused psychological strategies. She is also involved in medical education as a Conjoint associate lecturer at Western Sydney University.
Prior to medicine, she was a violinst and still plays from time to time. In her free time she enjoys going for walks, reading and cooking.
